Our Mission
DRMC IT Club is dedicated to empowering tech-savvy students at Dhaka Residential Model College. We provide recognition of skills, facilitate networking opportunities, and make high-tech resources accessible to students. Our mission is to help students realize their true potential and excel in their technology careers.
Our Vision
To become the best tech club in the whole country. We envision DRMC IT Club as a premier platform that inspires students to push themselves to the next limit, unlock countless skills, and achieve international recognition through competitions like e-ICON World Contest and Robot Olympiad.
Our History
2016-2017 - Foundation
Since 2016, students at Dhaka Residential Model College began creating a club to serve thousands of students and enrich their IT skills. Official birthdate: February 22, 2017, with the opening ceremony on July 31, 2017.
2017 - First Major Events
Organized "Laptop For All" event and G-Odyssey workshop on Robotics and Drone Technology. Featured in Kaler Kantho newspaper for outstanding achievements.
2021-2022 - International Recognition
Won 1st place in 12th and 14th e-ICON World Contest in Seoul, Korea. Bronze medal at 25th International Robot Olympiad in Athens, Greece.
2025 - Present
Today, DRMC IT Club continues to excel with 8 active sectors, monthly competitions, and a yearly carnival of international level.
